HAPPY 90TH BIRTHDAY AUNT ROSE

Aunt Rose you are amazing, gosh 90, WOW!!!  Obviously clean living pays off!  We are so happy to be able to help pay
tribute to your amazing accomplishment.

You have come out west on so many occasions, birthdays,
family reunions especially, that everyone and their children have gotten to
know and love you and Uncle Don so much.
You always made that second effort once here to ensure that you got to
speak with everyone and catch up on the young
people, who was doing what, how was school
going, etc.
  Your genuine interest in
family has always been evident.

Thank you for being such a truly caring person.

When Jim heard that you were turning 90, he smiled and
said he remembered having spoken to you
and
Uncle Don over a drink at one reunion about your travels to
Florida.
We went down that winter and
walked the same beach you were telling us about, had a drink at one of the
beachside bars and could picture you two sitting there looking out at the
ocean.
You helped us create our own
wonderful memories by sharing yours with our family! Thank you.

Jim also said that he has met few people in his life that
have such a wonderful command of the English language.
That is becoming a rarity in this day and age
with the younger generation.
  He so
admires
  anyone who always knows just
what to say and does it in an eloquent way without being pretentious.

I think that part of his appreciation stems from 38 years
in the cellblock where good English and grammar were nonexistent much of the
time.
I believe he, on many occasions
had to “lower the boom” verbally and although it was apparently necessary at
the time he was sure he was being referred to as “Old Yeller” on occasion.
He is very much enjoying his retirement away
from that life, spending way more fun time with the twins, McKenna and
Makayla.

Speaking of the family, Michael, Kristy, Makayla and
McKenna all want to wish you a grand happy birthday.
Jennifer and Kris were over and they to wish
you all the best as well.
  Kris and Jen
just lost their dog Emma to cancer last month but they have just gotten a new
puppy yesterday, so are feeling much better.

We hope your birthday is full of many wonderful memories,
some very special moment s to add to those memories
and know that we will be offering a toast to
you
to celebrate your very special 90th
birthday.

Much love,

Jim and Sheryl , Jennifer and Kris, Michael, Kristy,
McKenna and Makayla
